tailor-made coaching:
Transform your professional life

A common mistake is to think of a coach as someone who tells you what to do and how to do it. In reality, the coach is first and foremost your partner, your fellow traveler. He or she acts as a guide, helping you to explore all the possibilities and paths to the solution or solutions that already lie within you.

The coach accompanies you to take a step back and adopt a different perspective, which can trigger an awareness that will enable you to confidently embark on the path you've chosen.

All coaching begins with an initial meeting between the coachee and the coach, or even the company if this is the source of the request. This initial meeting enables both parties to get to know each other, and to confirm their shared willingness to work together.

Following this meeting, a contract of objectives is drawn up. It defines the objectives to be achieved, and enables us to plan the various sessions, whether face-to-face or remote, over a given period.

At each session, a goal is set as a step towards achieving the overall objective.

The different types of coaching :

  • Individual coaching

Coaching is person-centered. The aim of person-centered coaching is to resolve a personal problem (e.g. lack of self-confidence, building a project, etc.).

  • Team coaching

Coaching focuses on the team. The aim is to help the manager understand what is happening in his or her team (e.g. demotivation, conflicts, changes, etc.).

  • Relationship coaching

Coaching focuses on relationships. The aim is to resolve a relational problem (e.g.: communication difficulties, tensions, etc.).

  • Structural coaching

Coaching focuses on the leader. The aim is to help the manager find solutions within the organization (e.g.: strategy, deteriorating social climate, etc.).
